1. CPPS member

Requirements:

  • Chinese professionals (including overseas Chinese) working in the property-related industry, or
  • Non-Chinese property professionals who have strong interest in Chinese property sectors

Fee: Membership for Members is free for the year between 01/01/10 and 31/12/10. For year 2011 and onwards, the Membership fee policy will be reviewed by the CPPS Committee based on the best interest of Society. Application process: Applicants are required to complete the application form and submit it to the Committee for approval. Benefits:

  • Free or reduced Fee to CPPS Events,
  • Entry to Members only events,
  • Priority booking on CPPS events,
  • Property industry networking opportunity.

2. CPPS fellow Requirements: Members of CPPS who are well recognised and experienced in their sector within UK/China property industry. Fee: Free. Application process: To be nominated and invited by Committee members and approved by the Committee. Benefits:

  • Professional profile published on CPPS official website (subject to the consent from the Fellows),
  • VIP access and seating at most CPPS events,
  • Invitation to be a speaker at selected CPPS events,
  • Free or Reduced Fee to CPPS Events,
  • Entry to Members only events,
  • Priority booking on CPPS events,
  • Property industry networking opportunity.

3. Friend of CPPS Requirement: People who do not satisfy the requirements to Members but have great interests in the UK/China property industry and would like to be informed of CPPS events. Fee: Membership for Friends is free for the year between 01/01/09 and 31/12/10. For year 2011 and onwards, the Membership fee policy will be reviewed by the CPPS Committee based on the best interest of the Society. Application process: Applicants are required to complete the application form and submit it to the Committee for approval. Benefits:

  • Reduced entry fee to most of CPPS general event,
  • Priority booking on CPPS events over non-friends,
  • General networking opportunities,

4. Interested Groups (e.g. Housing Buying Special Interest Group) Requirement: Members, Friends, or others who have a special interest in a specific property related topic or area. Fee: Fee may be applicable depends on which interest group. Application process: Applicants are required to register their interests with CPPS and will be added to the relevant group upon the Committee's approval. Benefits:

  • Informed of CPPS relevant events,
  • Priority booking to special Interested Group events,
  • Special deals on selected property development scheme or house purchase.
